OK, fucking moron here I guess. Y'all have no idea how long I spent trying to figure this out.

If you are in the main library under Music, you have to select 'Songs' in order to get all your sort options for everything. Even though everything shows up and can be generally sorted otherwise. I don't know why it is different than every other area, but it is.

Like Mando I kept record of how mine was set up but could not find a way to put the settings back in.

As for the tracks out of order, that will be a different deal. I went through this on the i-pod and had the option of playlists or cover-flow. Changing between those I was able to get the tracks right without a lot of re-typing.

I had to type the track name for every show from '65-75 since I got them from a source other than Archive. Ain't skeerd of typing.

I recently upgraded, just to see what the issue might be... everything looks normal to me. (I had to upgrade to keep other iOS devices synched)

If you're still missing some columns, try this: Navigate to View > View Options and try turning on whatever's missing....

(I had a screen shot, but can't find the button to attach it any more...wtf?)
